Joss Whedon to Take Over Runaways
A nice little piece of information just came across my newswires courtesy of IGN’s Comics section. It appears that Joss Whedon will be taking over the writing duties for the comic book series Runaways. This is of the highest good news considering that the creator of the series has already said he’s leaving after issue #24. If there’s one that Joss can do well is write teenage angst (see TV’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer for any doubt of this) so it will be really fun to see where he takes the series. His X-Men is already miles above Grant Morrison’s (why people consider that “good” is still beyond me) so I can only imagine he will improve the already awsome series.
